A hidden 5th Gen Poké?

If you watch the ending sequence of the 12th movie you will see for like a sec,Team Rocket near a water Mellon thing after getting touched by Team Rocket it exploded!

That looks like a Voltorb in disguise but you cold be right, that very much does look like a Watermelon Pokemon..
